Interview Preparation Tips from Mr V K Menon - Head of Marketing, IIMB
Cull out highlights which could be unique to you, in Academic, work and personal space. Prepare a good introduction, which highlights salient points. Prepare to back up claims you make, with good examples. Sharp storytelling, bringing out relevant traits is a good skill. Practice it. Do a few mocks with 2 or 3 different people following a process. All the best.
If one does not know about the reason for rejection, how does he/she present better as a re applicant? Any suggestions from EPGP team would be highly appreciated.
Dear @EPGP_IIMB Last year I sent my official GMAT score via GMAC at the time of writing GMAT but I couldn't apply to the School. Can I apply assuming the school still has my score or should I send another score copy?
Others might share more on this sooner or later. I appeared in the Delhi interviews today and my estimate is around 3-400 were interviewed across all centers for half the seats. This makes it a 1:10 ratio. Interviews in my center revolved around the industry which you belong to. There might be some other questions but this was the primary discussion done with most applicants. Hope this info is useful for those appearing in the next round.
Post the interviews, would the rejections also get notified or is it only the selected/waitlisted candidates get intimation? Please let me know if anybody has any clues on this
