Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission to the Master of Global Management Programme, a candidate must:
- hold a recognized Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- obtain statements from two referees, regarding his/her suitability for the programme; and
- obtain a TOEFL/IELTS score* if he/she is not from an English teaching university.

· Admissions for intake 2020 is now open.
· Non-local students are highly encouraged to apply in the first two rounds to allow sufficient time to arrange student visas and to prepare to move to Hong Kong.

· Offers will be made on a rolling basis and early applications are preferred in the sense that a large proportion of offers will be allocated to applications in early rounds. Candidate are therefore highly recommended to submit their applications and supporting documents as soon as possible.
· Admissions decisions are generally available in eight weeks after the application deadline and successful applicants will be notified by email. The applications of those who have not received an offer will be considered again in the following round(s) until the end of the whole admissions cycle.
· Overseas Applicants
· We welcome overseas applicants. Candidates who wish to be admitted based on a qualification from a university outside Hong Kong, where the language of teaching is not English, are required to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL*). The International English Language Testing System (IELTS*) is also accepted as an equivalent standard. Upon successful application, overseas students will need to arrange their own student visas.

The Master of Global Management programme offers a rigorous and cutting-edge learning experience to enhance student understanding of global management issues and to be effective in managing in global contexts through an in-depth understanding of matters relating to individuals, teams, organizations and nations. The curriculum is built on three groups of modules that incorporate individual, organizational and national knowledge pertinent to effective management of global issues. Curriculum
The curriculum is built on three groups of modules that incorporate individual,

global issues. The courses will be delivered by faculty members from HKU and

To graduate from our programme, you need to complete a total of 10 six-credit
courses (60 credits), comprising 6 core courses (36 credits) and 4 elective courses
(24 credits). Out of those 4 elective courses, at least 1 elective course has to be
chosen from MGM and up to 3 elective courses^ may be taken from other taught
postgraduate programme offered by the Faculty:
