The experience based learning, long long hours of case discussions, the team games are just few of the things I love about TAPMI. The residential course that made me feel at home. The friends I made here are not just my friends but more, the faculty I have here are not just my faculty but more. This is the kind of college life experience I wanted and there is nothing more I can ask for.
The close knit environment of TAPMI for me is absolutely incredible, where everyone knows everyone. This truly feels like one big family who are learning, growing and becoming better together. The 97 of us are the first batch of TAPMI Bengaluru and I can whole heartedly say I will never forget anyone from this course, whether it is my 96 other colleagues or the 15 professors who have taught me various subjects so far. It’s incredible what one can learn within a year, one has to push his/herself and TAPMI is the place where I am able to reach my full potential possibilities.

During my first year of BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration), I had an enriching college experience that laid the foundation for my academic and personal growth. As I stepped into the world of higher education, I was introduced to a diverse range of subjects related to business management, economics, accounting, and marketing.
One of the highlights of my first year was the opportunity to interact with experienced faculty members who imparted their knowledge and expertise in their respective fields. They not only provided theoretical insights but also shared real-world examples, case studies, and industry trends, which helped me develop a practical understanding of the business world.
Additionally, college life offered numerous extracurricular activities that enhanced my overall learning experience. I actively participated in student clubs and events, which allowed me to collaborate with my peers, develop leadership skills, and expand my network. These activities helped me strike a balance between academics and personal development.

TAPMI Bengaluru has been an incredible facilitator in my career and life as a student. The hurdles that it has put me through have taught me to never look back, be on your toes, and inevitably succeed as no mountain is too high to scale.
Life here has been a roller coaster ride - from late evening presentations to fun outbound with batchmates, I have learned the importance of camaraderie and formed lifelong bonds.

TAPMI has offered me a great opportunity to understand all business concepts from all aspects. Every course which is taught in TAPMI is taught in the most practical way possible with a very clear objective in mind as to where these concepts will come in handy in our managerial career.
One thing I found very unique about TAPMI was their course structure. They focus greatly on making us understand the human behaviour, which makes us more empathetic and understanding of the larger diversity we may have as future managers. They also focus on teaching ethics and morals in business, being very punctual of time, pressure management, etc.
Apart from the courses, I think faculty here at TAPMI is truly cares for us a lot. Every student gets a mentor with whom they can openly share all the academic and even personal problem they are facing in their life. So it is a very unique mixture of challenge and care that TAPMI provides us in this programme.

Confidence is a skill that comes as natural to me. I have always been confident in whatever I do, maybe not so much in what to do. Prior to joining TAPMI, I lacked clarity and direction in my career choice. I was apprehended about what was the right path for me and what I can look for in long term career goals.
While that might still be the case, now, I no longer hold doubts as I have the assurance that I will gain my footing under the strong guidance of my mentors here. I have come to realise and recognise my potential and capacity to do much more.
