In Semester wise details, do we have to write maximum marks (CGPA*10) or CGPA as its mentioned "Maximum marks/CGPA" of each semester?
In the instructions given above, its mentioned "if the institute provides grades/CGPA instead of marks, a conversion of the same to equivalent percentage is mandatory"

In our engineering college we had one final exam in 1st year and from second year we followed semester pattern. So, how do I fill marks in my graduation section, we've only two options there, Year-wise and Semester-wise.
1. If I choose Year-wise, how should I fill the marks fo semesters?
2. If I choose Semester-wise, how should I fill the marks for the 1st year, which we had only one exam.
Kindly assist me. Any help is appreciated.

Hi All,
In professional achievements, can I mention about the initiative which I took to automate a manual and very tiresome process, which was also very critical for client's business.
For this I've received appreciation from client and our Senior managers, everything is on email so how do I provide proof for that and for the same reason I received Employee of the Month Award from our leadership team, I've a certificate of that.
Kindly suggest, if I can mention this under Professional achievement? If yes, how do I proceed with the proofs?

In academics and versatility sections.. we have to enter description of max 25 words.. Is this applicable for only the 1st tab of both the section??
because for next tabs we wont see any word count and form can be saved even if we type more than 25 words for further tabs..

@bolt1234567 As given in the XAT Registration Form, XAT Id is in the form of 'XATxxxxxxx', i.e. 'XAT' followed by a 7 digit number. In the section to fill XAT Id in SPJIMR Application Form, do we need to fill in just the 7 digit number or first write 'XAT' too as given in the XAT Registration Form ?
(P.S. Alphabet is NOT disabled in this section of the form)
I have submitted the form and paid the fees for my application. However, I forgot to enter XAT details in my application. Can it be edited to include XAT details too?

@bolt1234567 In SPJIMR Guidleine Document 2020-22 document it says for Graduation..
"The percentage obtained by the candidate in the bachelor’s degree would be based on the practice followed by the institution/university from where the candidate has obtained the degree." My university doesnt consider the marks of first year for this purpose.. However since the section for year-wise marks is compulsory.. I've filled that. But then there seems to a be a totalling mismatch with 3 years (if added) and the Total Marks (as per University regulation) which is to be given separately. I hope
there would not be any problem with this.. would it be ?
It says in the form that my application "may' be considered for 2nd preference of specialisation. what does that mean? If i don't get my first preference(A) then shouldn't my application be considered for the second preference(B) fairly even against the people who have selected B as their first preference?
what my doubt is that, say I have no chance of getting A, then will I get a fair chance in B? or those people have more chance of getting B who have selected it as first preference. will it increase my chances of getting B if I moved it to first place?

Even in the form final print preview more than 25 words are being shown so is it a technical fault? Please clarify this ASAP.
