Hi, I applied for the May intake(MGB). My evaluation is on Feb-9. If I cannot attend the evaluation for May intake/Or didnot get selected, Can I apply again freshly for september intake?

My CAT 2012 percentile is 80.54 .Considering the fact that my score is just above the cut-off mark , I have registered for SPJAT. A better percentile through SPJAT will improve my chances for admission or is the CAT score enough ?

Madam,

I am marine Engineer and employed with a reputed Shipping company since 2008, but my actual sea going service is of 30 months. While the contract is signed for 6 months, we are not entitled for any weekend leave, paid leave or National holidays once employed on board and also we put in much longer daily working hours when compared to those on shore. Also after signing off from ship we take leave to prepare for upgradation courses and various marine exams conducted by DG Shipping.

Due to aforementioned reasons,my actual working experience (in terms of months) is less even though i had been employed with the company since 2008 till date.

So,I would like to know whether I'll be eligible for GMBA which requires 36 months of full time work experience.

Hi Everyone

I am interested in pursuing the GMBA course from SP jain school of global management. I am a mining engineer and have been working in the. coal mining company ( A maharatna psu) since last 4 years. My CAT2013 score is 94 percentile. i want to know abt my work experience. is it a relevant experience coz i have not been in touch of finance ,economic or IT sectors. I would like to know that whether this course would do justice with my work exp. coz the duration of the program is 1 year.

Though the GMBA is a one year program, it is equal to most 2 year MBA's. To fulfill the requirements of the Global MBA degree, students complete 46 credits in one year, with more than 800 hours dedicated to classroom interaction. Textbook learning is balanced with a more engaged (performance-enhanced) learning environment. Hi I wanted to know if I have chances for MGB program...Cat perctle-82.37 10th-83% 12th-64% Engg-58.3%. I have an experience of 7 months...but it was in a startup where I was handling the Sales,Marketing and Social Media Marketing department. Also I am the Vice President of Toastmasters International and have won several awards there, in addition to this I have won several awards at professional and academic level too..what are my chances?

Do i need to fill the percentage marks of every year of my btech course in the application form coz its written as UG 1ST YEAR, UG SECOND YEAR and so on. where do we need to fill the final gpa or percentage of the combined degree? i just see it in parts. pls respond

2. Do Indian students generally find placements only in India? And if so, what is the average package for them?

Hi,

I have got a call for evaluation which is on the 9th of Feb. I have been asked to select a city for interview among Bangalore, Bombay and Delhi. Being a resident of Kolkata, I wanted to know if the city makes any difference in the selection process or the number of candidates from each of the cities is the same?
Also, Can you please help me regarding what and how should I prepare? What could be the kind of questions that might be asked?
