Hi! Your queries are answered below in points. -
1.From the Nov batch, there is not a single student who has not received placement opportunities through campus. However, there are some students who have not been able to convert these into job offers for various reasons. In genuine cases, we continue to share opportunities with such students.
For the April batch, placements are still in progress and there is no cause for concern. The international yardstick for evaluating placements is 3 months from graduation. Considering this alongwith our own past experience and market conditions, we are doing fine

Hi! For GMBA, we generally donot consider candidates with less than 3 years work experience.

You will only be applying for your Australia Visa from your first city ie. either Dubai/ Singapore . The rules regarding Student Visa for Australia are simple to understand and are available on :

Since the student has already paid the Tuition Fees, Residence Fees, etc., to the S P Jain School of Global Management, along with other documents, the student needs to show availability of funds for three months prior to visa application date. This needs to be held in acceptable and designated banks in India - the quantum of funds is about AUD 750 per month, for a period of 4 months, i.e., AUD 3000 or, at current exchange rates, INR 2 lakhs. This amount may be in the bank account held by the prospective student or his parents (a letter from the parents stating their desire to sponsor the cost of the student €™s stay in Australia must be attached). This is just one mode of displaying fund availability; a list is available on the S P Jain website.

For travel, we have given you the dates by when you need to arrive. A pick up facility from the airport will be arranged on those dates. You need to send us your flight details in the specified format on [email protected]
Once there, the insititute will help you open a Bank account. You can carry little cash and travellers cheque for your living expenses to sustain you for a month until your Bank account is opened.

1) I have applied for deferment of my admission to September intake. So when can I expect to receive September offer letter and also all other details regarding the September intake.
2) Also can I send my all the documents later on according to the deadline that will be set for September intake or do I have to send them now according to may intake deadline???
3) Also I want to apply for scholarship. So can I send my scholarship application later on according to the deadline that will be set for September intake or do I have to send them now according to may intake deadline???
4) Also is there some fixed minimum score required in IELTS for the Australian visa????
5) Also mam, could give some idea of the placement of the last MGB batch which must be currently going through the placement process.???
6) I read in some earlier posts that the total amount for 1 year may come out to be 30 lakh??
Is that true? Because apart from 36000 USD , we only need to pay for our food. So will it be that expensive???

@rutty_bharucha i had filled the form for mgb program on 16th March...but after that i did not get any further mail regarding the further evaluation process....i heard the last evaluation for may intake is on mar 24th and still i dont have any mail regarding the GD/interview...i have sent several reminder mails to [email protected]

Hi! If you are applying for your Australia visa from India, you need to complete the entire process here in India itself and we donot have so much time in hand. The average time required to process an Australia visa application is about 12 weeks. So its best to start this process once you reach your first city.

hi! We have now closed the admissions for May 2013 intake. We had our last evaluation round on 24th March 2013. We regret if you have yet not heard from us. You can try re-applying for our next intake of September 2013. Admissions for the same begin sometime around April 2013.
