madam how do we differentiate if we have got offer under placement category or not.
hi! If its an offer under non-placements/sabbatical, the offer letter will clearly make a note that the offer to be under the 'Non-placements category' in the first page itself. If nothing of this sort has been mentioned then the offer is under the 'Placements' category.
@rutty_bharucha: Kind Attention

I have received a second mail from S P Jain which mentions that I 'fall short on one of our admission criteria which requires a student to have a score. Our records show that you have no score.' I received a similar mail from Mr. Pralhad Dandekar ([email protected]) on the 22nd of February mentioning the same.

However as I have mentioned earlier as well, I gave my SPJAT on 10th February at Delhi and I received a mail on the 18th of February which mentioned that my results met S P Jain's cut off limits.

Since I had received no further communication from S P Jain since the mail on the 18th of February for the next step in the admission process I sent across a mail to [email protected] on the 6th of March mentioning the same. I received a reply from Smitha D'Souza, Admissions Manager that S P Jain were checking other parameters apart from the score for a call for evaluation.

Kindly let me know what else is required to be done at my end.

I think there is a mistake somewhere because I keep getting a mail which says I have no score where I already have a score (SPJAT on 10th February). Please help.

@rutty_bharucha madam i am also getting similar mails after i have got the offer letter. can you please clarify this. i have paid the full fee also. getting a lil anxious and tensed.
@rutty_bharucha Thanks for the info,Rutty...I prefer Singapore to Dubai or Sydney. Are the applications for all these campuses evaluated on a space available basis or preference basis . Say, I give a preference for Singapore campus, but don't receive an admit. Wil my application now be considered for other campuses or it will not be considered at all? How does it work.
@rutty_bharucha Hi i have been called for evaluations on 24th march. But i dont have an IELTS score yet. I registered for IELTS on 6th April as no earlier dates were available. Can i submit my IELTS score later than 10th April because it takes around 2 weeks to get a score??
BTW...my secondary education was in english..do i really need an IELTS score??

Also if taking IELTS, shud we opt for Academic or General Training ?

Hi, I have been shortlisted for the interview of MGB.
Does anyone have any rough idea about the placement scenerio for the current batch (average pay package)...I am particularly interested in Contemporary Marketing Management.

Thanks in advance.
@Ann_14 mgb first batch is yet to be placed..so the placement scene is not yet clear but i guess it will be 20% lower than the GMBA + placement also depends on many factors, such as previous work ex,market conditions etc.

hi! The program is conducted together at S P Jain €™s Dubai, Singapore and Sydney campuses. Through this program, students gain global exposure in three highly globalized cities of the world. It is mandatory for students to cover all 3 campuses.

hi! Yes, you can submit the IELTS scores after the evaluation. IELTS is a requirement for Australia visa and secondary education in India does not exempt you from this requirement.

Hi! Ms. Sejal Shah needs to send this to you. I have sent a reminder for this.
1. I have come to know that nearly 30 student of GMBA 2011 batch still have not got placement. Some students of may' 2012 batch told that more than 50% are still waiting for job while only two weeks are there left in comletion of the course. I want to know whether the institute assist in placement to such students and how?
2. As per spjain's site, the average packages of MBA2012 batch is arount 16.50 lacs. while 2012 batch students are telling that average packages is much less .
3. Also the minimum package is not shown on the site.

if any candidate of gmba has less than 3 years of wrking exprnce....wll he face any hurdle or problem in the placement???? wll the recruiting cmpany wll acept him or not???
