Only when you meet our aptitude test criteria you will be shortlisted for evaluations.

Hi! It does not really matter whether you are on a sabbatical or whether you have resigned from you present organisation. What matters is, whether you have been made an offer for the GMBA under Placements or Non-Placements category. So if you are applying under Placements and are made an offer under that you will be given placement assistance by SPJain at the end of the program irrespective of whether you have or have not resigned from your present company.

I have also applied for GMBA Dec 2012 intake and my SP Internal exam is scheduled in this month itself.
My Query is While applying I checked for "Placement Assistance required" but my company offers me to take a sabbatical leaves and I can complete my MBA and re-join my existing company itself, but I wanted to explore more offers also before finally deciding whether to re-join my existing company or to take up new offer.
First is it any problem for placement cell if I take study leaves and still go for placement assistance?
Second does it affect my chances for admission if I opt for one or the other placement option?

Hi, This is reg MGB. I have applied atleast 2 months back with GMAT score of 710. We received confirmation for receipt of application. We have also been informally notified by your mgb email coordinator for this GMAT score, there is no need to take SPJAT. However some members of this forum seem to suggest they have received confirmation regarding their eligibility. Has it been officially sent to the individuals if they have qualified for evaluation? If so, should we assume whoever has not received this notification is not qualified? Despite our repeated follow ups with your mgb coordinators we are not getting any firm reply on the evaluation date or any firm date for the call. Also we hear there are some road shows for the new course MGB being conducted in places like Bangalore? Is there any such briefing sessions in your college premises in Dubai or anywhere else in UAE? Please understand that within a month or so most of the other schools would start their academic year.With all due respect, I want to get into SPJCM, however, I do not want to drop a year either.On your web-site, it says program will not commence until the regulatory approval is given.
While I do understand that the school cannot do much in the case of regulatory approval, please do understand that some of us have got in other schools.Even though ,sincerely , we would like to study at your school, one has to be patient for how much longer.Its been about two months in my case alone.Kindly do help in this regard.Thanks.

When you come for the interview you need to carry the following with you : 1. Originals and certified/self attested copies of Std 10th, 12th ALL years of undergraduate degree (i.e. 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th - if applicable)and Degree Certificate (provisional degree certificate where degree is not available)final year which mentions the details for all the in between years - semesters until graduation. Certified/self attested photocopies of the same for our records. 2. Originals and certified/self attested copies of post graduate qualification/s (if any)and any professional courses undertaken (if any) 3. Originals and certified/self attested copies supporting the work experience details mentioned in the application form - this could be by means of appointment/relieving letters or experience certificates issued by employer. It is mandatory to furnish the last two months latest salary slips from your current employer. 4. Originals and certified/self attested copies as proof of the score mentioned in the application form - GMAT/CAT. For SPJ aptitude test this is not needed. 5. A print out of the call letter with your photograph pasted at the top right hand corner . 6. 12 self - addressed sticker labels (please use self adhesive labels - names and addresses written out on plain paper and on envelopes and on post its are not acceptable) Please mention your telephone nos below your address. Please also ensure that your application no. is mentioned on the face of the sticker either in the right hand top corner or bottom corner 7. Any Extra curricular activities certificates along with self-attested photocopies of the same for our record 8. Please carry a photo identity proof along with you 9. One copy of your passport (1st two pages and last two pages)
The next test date will be announced after the test on 17th June 2012.

hey Hi Rutty, I ve applied for the MGB program. Also, I've been selected through the SPJAT. But my application still doesnt show anything. When I log in my account, I can only see my application form. Am i missing sm thing? & Wen will the evaluation dates be declared?
The evaluations are scheduled to take place around the 1st week or 2nd week of July. The confirmation mails to shortlisted candidates will be sent out shortly.
Also the last date for payment has moved further to 31st august as the program would start on 1st October 2012.
If you wish to visit our campus at Dubai for a briefing session you can write a mail to your co-ordinator at Dubai or write to [email protected] and we will forward the same to them .

You need to track the progress of your application from the link which is given to you in your acknowledgement mail.
The evaluation will be conducted during the first or second week of July. Shortlisted candidates will be informed individually over email.

These are: good GMAT, CAT or SP Jain aptitude test scores, good academic record, relevant work experience exhibited leadership qualities, analytical abilities, communication skills and other personality traits.
