Yes, the next intake is for December 2012 and will have Sydney as part of the program. The program is tentatively scheduled to start around the 1st week of Dec. exact date to be given later.
Since you are a deferred candidate the payment deadlines for you will be different. You will be informed of the timelines soon.
The last date to receive applications for Dec 2012 intake is 31st August, so we may have our last evaluation within a weeks time from this date.

I have deferred my April 2012 admission to November-2012 intake.
For the November 2012 intake, along with the inclusion of Sydney campus into the GMBA program, I see the program start date has been moved to December.
Can you give us the tentative start date in December? (Atleast early 1st week or last week)
Also, I see the last date for fee payments to be 15-sep-2012. Does that mean all rounds of evaluations will be done and frozen before that?

i submitted my application on 24th april. on that day i received the application number as 86350-CMM
but today i recieved a mail which stated my application number first as 87040-CMM and then 87051-CMM.
so which one is correct ?

I have applied for the Nov-Dec 2012 intake for GMBA (87022-IT), i do not have a CAT or GMAT score and have received a mail from SP Jain to give the SPJAT on 13th May 2012 to get a score and fulfill all the criteria for my application.
Now my query is if i give the SPJAT on 13th and the score goes to SP JAIN and they come back stating that my score does not match their criteria, can i give the SPJAT again in aug or sept for the same application?
Likewise can i give GMAT until the cutoff for Nov-Dec 2012 intake and send the scores to SPJAIN to be considered for my current application??
In short, does SP JAIN Dubai consider only one of my SPJAT score or successive SPJAT and GMAT/CAT scores over the period of the current intake?
Kindly clarify my query at the earliest as i need to apply for the test accordingly. Thanks in advance. :cheerio:

I am hoping to give GMAT within couple of days and predicting to get 650+ score. I too have 3+ work experience in IT industry as software Engg. As i have seen student profile in SPJAIN site, they have 680+ or near to that score.
Is there would be chance for me to get into SPJAIN ??

Since you have already applied, your application will now be screened and if it meets all our other admission parameters except for the aptitude test score, you will be informed and asked to take the SPJain aptitude test. If you donot wish to wait for the call, you can go on your own and register for the test directly as well. Your test score will be automatically mapped to your application.

Sorry for not being clear in my first question...I have already applied for dec12 intake without a test score. Now I am confused between two options and I am not sure about what the procedure is,
1. I need to sit back and wait for mail that confirms that my application has been shortlisted and then only appear for SPJAT.
2. Appear for SPJAT first and then based on information provided in the application and the test score my application will be shortlisted for next stage.

Our minimum requirement for GMBA is 650, so if you get a GMAt score of 650 or above it should be fine, else you can retake the GMAT or take the SPJain aptitude test to improve your scores later.

hi!
you can repeat the aptitude test or take the GMAT later to improve your scores. If you have more than one score, we consider the best score out of those.

I just inquired from one of spjcm batch pass out.. april 2012.. he told me that placement is still not complete.. and it's going on.. around 60-70% batch is placed till now.. what is the deterring factor..? i am quite worried.. and with the tricity program.. and living cost in Australia being high.. with rupee soaring so high.. is it even worth 2 spend 25l.. ? it would be tough 4 u recover if u have taken an education loan... i think tricity program has just raised he cost...

ya,and what do you make about the admission process, applications accepted from cat 2010 and 2011,either the competition is too stiff or its just the lack of interest shown by applicants??

(as the cost of living in singapore is pretty high).. and i quote another april 11.. batch student.. the placements are "VERY" slow.. and "many" of his batch mates are still not placed.. but its a 3 month process.. so its still going on.. sp jain does not organizes any job fairs..?

Is the placement process still going on for GMBA April 2012 ? If yes, by when is it expected to be over ? Many ppl are applying for MGB just by looking at the figures of GMBA. Since, it's a huge investment, new course and uncertain placement scenario it's adding to ppl's confusion.

Just a last query.. y does college has this 5 interview policy? that u will not be allowed to take any more interviews if u have given 5 interviews..
i have talked to over 6 April 2012 pass-outs(one of them was placed also) and each one have strictly recommended me not 2 take this course.. Students can not be wrong.. people have fetched placements.. no doubt.. but if u r an engg.. and wanna change ur domain.. its a very bad option.. if u wanna job in IT only.. den pretty bad ROI.. because the fees is so high..( this time its much higher) .. its a risk of over 25l bucks.. if u have got it in ur kitty.. go for it.. 😃
