Hi Rutty I will be completing my 3 years in JULY , I just wanted to know wat can be the earliest(approx month) by which we can be offered admission ? , as i am also selected for few other colleges but i want to give spjcm preference.
I have cleared spjat and i'm also having above 80 in CAT..

1. I would request you to kindly give some detail regarding the difference between the course content and the faculty distribution for MGB and GMBA?? 2. Will the course content and faculty involved remain the same in case of both the courses w.r.t to specialization offered? 3. What fundamental difference will be there in the degree offered in both the courses MGB and GMBA??
Admissions for November 2012 will open around April/May 2012. We may have the first evaluation round sometime around June/July 2012. You get the outcome within a weeks time from the date of evaluation.

Hi! The basic difference between the GMBA and MGB is that the MGB is meant for candidates having no or little experience, whereas the GMBA is for those candidates who have a minimum of 3 years work experience. Also the MGB is for 16 months with 4 months of internship whereas the GMBA is for 12 months. The admissions committee would need to see your entire application to decide whether you qualify for the MGB program or not. Based on the information you have provided we would recommend you to apply. The batch could have between 80-100 participants in total.

I had applied for the April 2012 Intake but did not clear with the SPJAT score. I have overall 4 years of experience in IT. Please let me know if the MGB program is relevant for my profile or should I wait for the November 2012 intake for GMBA. Also, can you share the MGB program placement details, is it similar to GMBA.

better ur SPJAT score and apply for GMBA Nov 12 batch, MGB is for people with 0-3 yrs of wrk-ex. Also this will be the first batch of MGB, hence no placement details as such!
Candidates having work experience of 3 years and above are recommended to directly apply for the GMBA program. In your case, you have a work experience of 4 years and are only falling short of a valid aptitude test score. So you can retake the test when the admissions open for November 2012.
Just for your information, the MGB also requires a good aptitude test score. The MGB is a new program which we have started only this year so you will not find placements statistics for this program as of now.

I am planing to take GMAT in the month of ... JUNE is it ok ?? And will the Placement cell of GMBA and MGB be the same ??
