Hi,

Your profile seems fine but do you have a score which meets our requirements? If not, then that could be the reason why you have not been shortlisted as yet

i registered for sp jain aptitude test and paid the amount of 40 usd through credit card
and i succesfuly got a pin no
but when i selected the prefered location as delhi and clicked the submit button i got error and could not complete the registration
Error was

This is a query to all ye enlightened people..
My profile in a nutshell:
# 5 years Integrated M.Tech From IIT kharagpur
# over 5 years of experience in petroleum engineering; have been working internationally mostly (worked in france (2006), cairo (2007) and london (2008 till aug 2009)
# have worked for over a year on vessel (seismic ship) with international crew
# Extracurricular=good
#acads= excellent throughout

Well, i got laid off in august due to a downright slump in the oil market..Unfortunately, no good opportunity has been coming my way even after pursuing it for a couple of months. Now i intend to develop some more "transferable skills" and expand my domain. Entering the consultancy field is my ultimate aim.
So, i decided that instead of cooling my heels sitting idle, i should give GMAT.
However, i seem to have rushed into GMAT a bit, i guess. coz i scored a disappointing 640 (Q-47, verbal-31). I have scheduled another date (25th jan) to take gmat again. My question is:

1.Should i still apply for the GMBA program in SPJMC with a gmat score of 640? I dont want to jeopardise my chances in anyway. Therefore, i am a bit reluctant to apply with a score of 640.

2. Can i submit two applications with two gmat scores?? (of course i am assuming i will fare better in my second go). i dont intend to take SPJAT at all.

2.If wait till my next gmat date (25th jan) and then apply with the new gmat score (assuming it is better of the two), wont i be too late in applying??

3.Plese advise me on the best course to take.

I dont want to leave any stone unturned before applying in SPJMC. I am desperate to make it to the interview. I wish to go for a one year MBA course and that too for a program which could start as early as possible. SPJMC suits all my criterion. so, i am kinda despo for it.

i have complete 18 months of Work Ex .i want to apply for S.P jain's GMBA program .i missed the SPJAT exam in December .Can i apply now (1 st week of January) ? will SPJAT be conducted again ? .i understand applications are processed on FIFO basis ..but i stand a chance of being considered

12 th - 94 (School topper)

I have seen SPJain has IT management which suits my profile.I wanted to do specilaization in Strategy Management .Do any of the campuses has this as one of the specialization.I could not find it on website.

I knw this question has been asked by many , but could you please tell us more @ SPJAT Exam ,what is the cutoff percentile to get a interview call.

also what is % of students who are taken based on their SPJAT Score.
