[OFFICIAL] SP Jain School of Global Management (SPJSGM) | Dubai, Singapore, Sydney: MGB & Global MBA - Admissions 2024-26

Hi Shweta,

Yesterday i called up the SP Jain Bombay office they said that there will be one more test for the Nov '09 intake in second week of September, do you have any idea when that test will be as they also mentioned that they will be finalizing the admissions for this batch by 15th September. 1 more question when is the second round of evals going to be held.

Regards,
Apurva

Hi Shweta,

S P Jain's GMBA site says that applications will be assessed on a rolling basis and admissions can be closed even before the last date.

Hence, although the website says that last date for applying for the Nov 2009 session is September 14th, can you please let me know if admissions are still open for the Nov 2009 session? That is, are there currently any vacancies in the Nov 2009 batch?

Thanks,
Ausmita

HI Shweta,
When will the second round of evals be held? Also have you started shortlisting the candidates for the second round of evals?

Regards,
Varun

Hi Rutty,

I got 74.5 percentile in SP jain Aptitude test and i have 620 on GMAT.
I have 2 years for full time experience in financial services with 5 months of onsite experience of implementing BASEL II solution in a bank. I have good understanding of BASEL solution and the BASEL accord.
I have done Engineering for my Undergrad degree.

Do you think i should go ahead and apply for SP jain 2009 Intake or should i give the exams again to improve my score and then apply with new scores?

Hi,

I hope your question has been answered by now on [email protected]. in any case Offered students are NOT to use Pagalguy as the official forum to address their queries

Thanks
Shweta

Hi Shweta,

I want to make the payment by credit card.

Can you please provide the details to which account no. it should be transferred ?

I could not find it in the SPJAIN website.

If it is a sensitive information to be furnished here then can you please mail it across to all selected students ? I am sure many would want to use online facility to transfer.

Your reply at the earliest would be great as the last date is approaching.

Thanks

hi,

We havent yet fixed the dates for the enxt apt or the next round of evals.

Hi,

Pls go ahead and apply for the GMBA prog as your SPJAT score meets our requirements even though your GMAT is slightly lower than the cut off of 650

Thanks

Hi Shweta,

Once shortlisted, do you consider the basic requirements i.e. entrance score being a notch below the cut-off, during the evals? Or is the Evals round a fresh start for the selection process?

Thanks,
Conrad

Hi,

The entrance test score will not be looked at very closely during evals as there are otehr more important criteria that we will be looking at during the evals

Thanks
Shweta

Hi rutty_bharucha,

I had a query regarding the documents that i need to bring during evaluation. I am supposed to bring a work experience document which will mention my work details. Since I am currently employed in a company which I joined as a fresher, I will not be able to get the experience certificate of the same. So will the offer letter/appoinment letter do as a proof of my work experience? I can also get a letter from my company stating that "I am an employee of this company from so and so date to till date". Please let me know about this.

Thanks & Regards,
Nikunj Agarwal

Hi,

Your appointment/offer letter from your current employer is sufficient.

Thanks
Shweta
