Your profile seems fine to apply but I cannot comment on your chances as that would be the decision of the Admisisons Committee.
Details regarding the aptitude test pattern etc are given underthe FAQs section on our website. Pls read through the same. We do not have sample or mock papers.
Thanks Shweta

Hi swetha, I am currently working in an automobile company (TVS Motors) and have a work ex of 22 months. My current work profile is Supply chain management and Logistics.
And my acads are: B-tech(mechanical) - 73% 10th - 92% 12th - 81%
I would like to apply for Marketing management and global logistics & scm. Is my work-ex, profile and acads relevant enough for a call?
And since i dont have a cat score, i will be writing the spjat. Can u let me know when the ad will come out for the same and will it be available in the official site?

Hi Shweta, I am in the process of filling up my application form.. I intend to use my CAT 2007 scores (93.14).
My questions -Will the evaluation sessions be on weekends, and how long are they supposed to take. - Placements of the may 2009 graduating batch, I know it must still be in process but can you give atleast the percentage of students placed , especially in GLSCM, IT and SMM please? - the fee is inclusive of accomodation, can you tell me the approximate 'living expenses' required in both the locations? - Will the fee for the Sydney option be more? if yes what will the cost be. - what is the class size per specilization Will be grateful if you could answer these. thanks.
I am highly interested in applying for the Nov 09 intake for the GMBA program. My profile is: Masters in Information Systems - GPA 3.75 BE in Instrumentation Tech - 62% Work Experience - 4 years in IT field
I have worked in India(SAP Labs), UK and now in the US. I am working in the US for just over a year as a business analyst in a global organization in Seattle.I also hold a Masters degree in Information Systems(full scholarship/assistanship) from the University of Arkansas in US.
I also have given gmat recently(580) but I am open to taking it up again if needed. Having gone through the global mba program website and forums, the demographic profile seems restricted to primarily Asia, and the admission process also seems to reinforce this feeling.
Having heard great reviews of this program I am inclined to take it up.But the admission process consists of GD/Interview in Dubai,Singapore and Mumbai. For a candidate like me, for whom it is next to impossible to come over for GD/interview, what are the alternatives? Can the interview be held via video conferencing or over phone?

My questions -Will the evaluation sessions be on weekends, and how long are they supposed to take. YES THE EVALS ARE HELD ON WEEKENDS AND LAST FOR ABOUT 6-7HOURS - Placements of the may 2009 graduating batch, I know it must still be in process but can you give atleast the percentage of students placed , especially in GLSCM, IT and SMM please? WE DO NOT HAVE THIS DATA WITH US YET - the fee is inclusive of accomodation, can you tell me the approximate 'living expenses' required in both the locations? THIS IS MENTIONED ON THE WEBSITE TOO - It is normal to spend AED 700 per month (in Dubai) / SGD 500 per month (in Singapore) towards food and other living costs. - Will the fee for the Sydney option be more? if yes what will the cost be. YES THE FEES FOR THE SYDNEY OPTION WOULD BE ADDITIONAL - WE HAVENT YET DECIDED ON THIS - what is the class size per specilization -IT COULD RANGE ANYWHERE BETWEEN 20-40 PER SPEZ Will be grateful if you could answer these. thanks.
Yes for students who live abroad in countries which are far from Dubai/Singapore or India, we have the option to conduct telephonic interviews if the Admissions Committee decides to do so
Thanks Shweta

and Thanks for such a quick response. I have gone through this thread and noticed how amazingly quick your response is. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.
Pls be alittle patient and wait. As of now your application may still be under review and hence for now your status is waitlist. There seems to be nothing lacking in your profile. in any case we have not yet started evaluating students and the dates for the first round of evaluations are yet to be fixed.
Hope this clarifies your doubts and thank you for the compliment - will try and keep up to it :-)
Thanks Shweta
