Just a quick clarification. The evaluation call says that the process will take 6 hrs.Will it really take that much time because I have evaluation at 2.30 PM and it would be difficult for me to book flights for that night if thats the case.Please confirm

I have submitted my application,but I have check marked ("Yes") the option of whether you would take SPJAT or not.

As per your response I would not be able to take SPJAT for April 2009 intake.Now,do I need to inform this to the admission committee?If yes,how do I inform them?

Hi,

The waitlist is reviewed from time to time as and when need be by the Admissions committee - however there is no fixed time frame as to when this happens. The max that you would have to wait to know your exact status would be till end of Feb 09

I've 80.82 %ile in CAT.
I've 30 mnths wrk-ex as of now in a reputed s/w MNC, with good acads and very good extra curiculars
Do I stand a chance or will my low score in CAT hinder my chances?

Correction in my filled in online application details:

The year of completion of my Std. 10th and Std. 12th is 2000 and 2002 respectively but erroneously in the online filled in application form it is showing as 2003.
I would request you to update my Std. 10th and Std. 12th year of completion as 2000 and 2002 respectively. I have emailed you the following problem on [email protected] as well.

Your CAT score is fine as it meets our cut off. I cannot comment on your chances as that would be the decision of the Admissions committee

Hi,

As your CAT 07 score is higher, i do not think informing us about your CAT 08 score would help.

You may have been waitlisted for some other reason and not because of your CAT score

My evalauation Process is On 18-JAN-2009 .
I just wanted to know what kind of preparation is needed for the personal and panel interview.....do they usually concentrate on stream for which application has been made or do they ask anything irrespective of your application........
for example ...
supposed my application is for IT so will they concentrate on IT only or they may ask anything regarding finance, marketing etc....

plz help mam.....

His status has been updated within 7 days of his application and has been called for interview on 18 of this month while there are lots of ppl including me whose status has not been updated yet. Can you pls. tell us why is there such a discrimination between prospective candidates.. :frown: :frown:

I have been trying to access the payment gateway to book a slot, but there is an error on the page, due to which i am unable to access the page and hence book a slot for myself.
My Application No. 29433SMM pls help if you can. Is there any other mode of payment that is acceptable by SPJAIN, and which is feasable for 17th and 18th Jan evals.

Have written to Sejal shah abiut the same.

Also in one of the earlier posts you have mntioned that GD has been eliminated from evals. Does it hold god for evals on 17 and 18th JAn.

Hi,

Are you waitlisted or it says status will be updated shortly? If it says waitlist then your status is waitlist and if it says it will be updated shortly then pls let me know your application no so that I can check.

Sometimes it so happens that due to the time limitations we send out the call letters for evaluations first and then update status' on the website. So that maybe the case with your friend and you
