We just had one test for the April 09 intake on 7th Dec 08. We haven't yet fixed the date for the next test.
You may go ahead and send in your application and then update us with the GMAT score once you receive it. 1st week of Jan shouldn't be too late as we close for admissions on 31st Jan 09

Could you please let me know when would the aptitude test be conducted for May-2009 intake ,as i could not find it on website .i am giving my GMAT in 1st week of january ,so would it good to wait for GMAT & then apply or sit for an aptitude..Please advice.
I came to know through the forums that there is a evaluation process scheduled for 20th and 21st of this month..
Well is that evaluation includes eligible candidates those who took SPJAT on December 7th 2008 or is it only for those who applied before with score other than that of SPJAT.
will there be another round of evaluation after that?
i applied to GLSCM thru CAT 08 & i have been waitlisted.. not even took SPJAT so probably thats the reasoon they waitlisted me but i got to know that i could have applied thru CAT 07 where i managed 93 percentile i mailed [email protected] to update my score for CAT 07 & again screen my application is that possible that i may get shortlisted now that i have a score in my hand or should i wait for another round of evaluation that would be done after CAT 08 results are declared or should i file another application please reply i m worried
Do we need to get the photo copies/xerox of the certificates for the extra curricular activities as well on the day of evaluations. In the evaluation call letter it's just mentioned to get the extra curricular certificates(if any) so I was just wondering do we need to submit the xerox of those as well at the time of evaluations. If yes, then it will be huge in number (atleast in my case) :)

yes, although its not asked , these people do ask for the copies of the certificates... i say this from personal experience.. so you have no other go but to carry the copies as well...
Students who have taken the test on 7th Dec and have been shortlisted are also called for the evals on 20/21 Dec 08

pls email [email protected] ( you are using the wring id) with your CAT 07 score and we will update our records with the same and fwd it to the Admissions Committee for review

Yes, pls carry photocopies - if they are a lot - pls carry only the really important ones

I applied via hardcopy to SPJCM as there were a few glitches in the online system then. I applied on 3rd December. On 11th December, I got a mail that had my application number on it.
How long does it normally take from getting the appln number to getting the evaluation call?
A frd of mine who applied via online system on the 3rd got a evaluation call on the 12th. Im still waiting for the evaluation call (hoping to get it) !!
hi, i applied via online system in Dec. the website says: You will receive an acknowledgement of your application along with an application number immediately by email. Please use this number for future correspondence with us. however, i hvn't received any acknowledgement mail . i did receive a submission confirmation sms and on login in the online system i can view my app# and submitted details. is this ok??
I applied to SPJCM-Apr 2099 intake. On 17th Nov, I got an email that had my application number on it (# 28319-IT).
I have secured 81.8% in SPJAT and I have emailed the result to [email protected].
