ANd what was the distribution of marks for each section? It seems i didnt read the instructions carefully and i took each question for 1 mark though i remb about the negative marking for each section but if you can clarify that as well?

Also guys if you can help clarifying some questions i have doubt on, i would appreciate that..
1) In RC the first question about history studies on which we had few options like problematic,untenable, worthless etc
2) In Rc also the last question about not able to ignore evolutionary theory easily..
3) in Verbal section..one question about sentence correction--which was something like In order to get scholarship, the advisor's......
4) a shape was given and it was asked which of the following shape out of five options if placed over the top would make a square? ll appreciate if someone remb which option they ticked as in A,B or C ....
5) UN High comissionare for human rights in G.K section...

I have one more query, by God's grace if I get an interview call this year, and do not accept the offer for the Dec 08 intake as I stated due to personal reasons, will it create a negative impact when I re-apply for May 09 intake?
Will that reduce my chances of getting in for the next intake?

Hi Shweta.

I have a query regarding the scores you expect in the application for Dec 08 intake.

I am going to give my GMAT in September 08 end . Can you pls clear me whether I can submit my application without any of the scores now and can provide you the GMAT score afterwards before the deadline, so that I can get slot in the evaluation process that is based on first come first serve.

I haven't given any exam till now. Pls suggest if this is possible.

Pls answer this question as this will help many Spjain aspirants who haven't given any test till date.

Hi,
Yes you can apply without a score and submit your GMAT score later once you have taken the test. However we cannot shortlist candidates unless they submit a score.

hi,

The last aptitude test for the Dec 08 intake was held on 17th Aug 08. hence we will not be conducting any more tests for the Dec 08 intake.

You can take the GMAT alternatively.

(a) What are the sessions for the MBA pgme? i.e. when are the intakes

(b) What are the general GMAT scores acceptable? The GMAT score alone is sufficient to obtain an admission?

(c) What is the fee structure?

2. A prompt reply would be highly appreciated.

For the evaluation rounds, attested copies of academic certificates alone will do? or Do we need to bring photocopies of certificates pertaining to extra curriculars as well ?? or is it enough to bring the originals?

I think u need to write NA in the place of middle name in the form. I remember i've read this in one of the previous posts.

My Application number is 26326-GLM.
My profile has not been updated yet.
I gotto know about the upcoming evaluation dates ie 30/31st august for those guys who have been shortlisted.
I had filled the form around 14-15 days back and i know it takes some time for the upgradation of profile.
Can u temme till wot date will u call, for the evaluation on 30/31st august?
Is it possible to get a call 3-4 dayz b4 the evaluation dates?

I am not at all sure of your percentile, cos it totally depends on no. of students and also their level of aptitude...

If the previous marks can be taken as a benchmark...

u should be around 80%ile

Hi,

1) We have 2 intakes, one in May and one in Dec of every year

2) The cut off for GMAT is 650

3) The fees are US$ 31,190 (incl hostel accommo)
