I have an Israel Visa on my Passport...Can I still apply for SPJ Dubai?

I guess Dubai doesnt allow ppl who have Israel Visa with them!!

Thank s for ya response. however i m facing a small problem when filling in my application with my previous score. it ask s for my percentile and when i enter it and then save it the score disappears. How should i submit my socre? and also how will you guy s verify my score? should nt i also submit my cadnidate id for the test which i had taken some where in the application form?( there is not provision for entering it any where)

Hi,
had a small question. How should we calculate our total work ex?? should we consider the present date or till the time when we join the course in December??

Hi Shweta,

I have two queries :-

1) While filling up the form I found that in the academic details section we need to fill the GPA for each year of undergraduate study. My University gives percentage for each year of undergraduate study and no GPA. Will filling up the percentage of marks for each year be sufficient? What should I do with the GPA field?
2) I took CAT both in 2006 and 2007. Scores were comparable in both 2006 and 2007. But my 2006 score was slightly higher than 2007 score (Both are above 80 percentile). Will SP Jain prefer an old higher score or a latest lower score? Both the scores are close to each other.

Hi,
1) You need not fill in the GPA if you recd a %age - you may leave the GPA column blank. Filling out the 5age is sufficient

2)Mention the CAT 06 score as it is higher

You need not give us the GPA - if you havea %age it is fine - u may leave the GPA column blank

Revati - we have opened admissions just 3 days ago - how can we have already started evaluating students!

The dates for the Evaluations (GD-PI) have not yet been fixed. Shortlisted candidates will receive an email from our end within 30-45 days of submitting their application, informing them of the dates of the evals alongwith other details

Just wanted a little piece of information here..
When i apply for the program.. what is the total work ex i put in..
is it till date which is around 10 months.. or is the work ex i would have till dec .?
because i assume that work ex has a big role in getting a call for evals ..
so is the application considered based on the work ex at the application time or what it would be when we join the course in case of selection..?

and also about this dual course selection in the application. on what basis would a final stream selection be done?
If i have one in finance and one in marketing.. at what stage of eval and under what circumstances would i be allocated to a particular stream?
kindly elaborate on the same.

I have 86.35%ile in CAT 2007. I have a decent Academic Background and work ex of 2 years in software field. I did not get a call for May 2008 intake. Is it worth applying again with the same score or do I need to take SPJAT? Or is it that my profile is hindering the call for me?

10th: 95.35%
12th: 78.8%
B.E.: 81.2%
Average extra curricular activities.

I had made a mistake by entering total work ex as "2 years 0 months" instead of "2 years of 6 months" where I forgot to see my work ex to be calculated till 30.11.08.
