The only probable reason snap was conducted across three slots was to increase the no of test-takers since other exams had seen a fall in the same. It had nothing to do wth covid and the safety of the students.
Ridiculous. Waste of money. Waste of time. Waste of energy.
Audacity of SIU is to the level that they are openly defying all the basic universal facts. No person on the earth can set three exams on equal level. Everyone knows it. They know it. Lackadaisical in nature, ignorant towards their jobs, foolishly arrogant who doesn't listen to anyone. This is SIBM in four lines.
It's good thing that they've displayed this attitude in early stages. If they are this lazy, ignorant for just a simple task of normalization, just imagine their attitude towards getting companies and placements to the campus.
It's no surprise, we all have seen the video regarding placements. Asking students to settle for way less than 20k per month as final placement in SIBM/SCMHRD.
We all should be grateful to SIU team for reminding the incident and their attitude. Good bye... symbiosis...oops..nope... parasite.

If sibm pune people are in this group, kindly send screenshots to the authorities. 90% candidates, coaching institutes agree about varying LoD across the three slots. God knows which committee decided that they were of the same LoD.
consider normalising the scores across the different slots in which the exam was conducted.
The level of difficulty was clearly very low in the 20th december paper as compared to the one in 9th jan paper.
I even tried registering for 20th dec attempt but it was full.
Also, try to understand that not everyone has the luxury to afford giving multiple attempts due the high registration fees,
and then pay 2-4k separately for symbiosis institute application forms before the exam itself.
It looks like our hard work means nothing to you and you have made sure that middle clss people dont come to your gates.
SIBM Pune is one of the top colleges in the country, please normalise the scores and give a fair chance to everyone who appeared for the test.

Here is the draft puys, flood them mails. Hello Sir/Madam, SNAP 2020 exam was conducted in three slots i.e. slot-1, slot-2 and slot-3. It was found that the slot-3 was on higher toughness level in comparison with other slots. Even top coaching institutions like Time, IMS and CL have mentioned the same. Therefore we expect that the normalization be done between slots so that differences will be evened out. But when I've called SNAP- Support center, they've mentioned that there'll not be any normalization done citing that all the slots are equally on the same level. I request you to compare the scores of candidates in three slots, they aren't of the exact same level. Same is the case with other Competitive exams like CAT, SSC-CGL,NMAT etc - when exam is conducted in different slots, the scores are normalized to achieve fair grounds. I've applied for the SNAP-2020 examination and appeared for it on 9th Jan- 2021 slot 3. I've paid 3500 rupees for the examination. I expect it to be evaluated on fair grounds. If the normalization will not be done, there'll be differences of 3-4 marks between slots and It will cost us the admission. 3-4 marks are very significant for clearing the cut-off marks. The only reason why they are doing this is because they want each and every candidate to register for two slots the next time, so that they can loot Rs. 3500 from the students.
Dear Symbiosis, do you realise how hard our parents work for money, how hard we work, how we have to juggle work and studies, college and studies, how dedicated most of us are, how preparing for a competitive exam takes a toll on our social lives,our physical and mental health ...and then you do this to us?

Such a shady institute SIBM is! After looting a huge amount of money from students, they don't even want to release the answer keys or response sheets! On top of that, they are least bothered about the normalisation process! It is pretty obvious that if the exam is conducted in 3 different slots, there has to be normalisation! Everyone knows how difficult 3rd slot was and the students who gave in this slot are at a huge loss! But we cannot do anything right now so IMO let's wait till the results, after that if there are more toppers (considerably more) from slot 1 and very few from slot 3 then we all will unanimously file an RTI against this shady fkin institute!
