If SNAP Test timing is 11am to 12 noon. 

By which time candidates will be allowed entry in test centre? As per admit card, report at test centre latest by 9 am and occupy the assigned seat by 10.30 am. Pls suggest, can candidate reach the test centre by 10 am or he has to reach before 9 am?
