Guys , what will be the role of job exp,10 th and 12th marks in getting a call from sibm and scmhrd? One more doubt : What one should do from now onwards if you are sure to get a call from the top colleges.

Cutoffs i think are going to fall down..strangely enough i was scoring 77 as per CL key but now my scores have gone down to 70.5 approx..dont think it will be good enough for sibm p..what do you all think? Sibm pune cutoff would be??
