65^2 = 4225k = old value

32^2 + 24^2 + 9^2 = 1681k = new value

4225k - 1681k = 2544
=> k = 1

so , old value = 42.25 lacs

V = k65^2 = 4225k

32^2+24^2+9^2 = 1681k

2544k = 25.44

So Initial value = 42.25 lacs

x + y = 25 - 5 - 8 - 8 = 4
(x,y) = (1,3) or (2,2)
But it cannot be 2 since the mode is 8.
So x = 1, y = 3.
Required sum = 1 + 8 = 9

The function is linear

Value at x = 8 => 6 + 11 + 3 + 0 = 20
Value at x = 5 => 3 + 8 + 0 + 3 = 14
Value at x = 2 => 0 + 5 + 3 + 6 = 14
Value at x = -3 => 5 + 0 + 8 + 11 = 24

So, the minimum value is 14.

The value of the function will become 16 at two places, one between 5,8 and other between -3,2
Since, we need only integers, we will check the integer points in between

Value at x = 6 => 4 + 9 + 1 + 2 = 16
Value at x = 1 => 1 + 4 + 4 + 7 = 16

So, integer values of x that satisfy this are 2,3,4,5 ?

Final concentration=21%
So just make the equation for alcohol amount,
0.21*27=0.39*x+(27-x)*0.12
so x=9

(39x/100 + 12(27 - x)/100) = 21*27/100
39x + 324 - 12x = 567
27x = 27(21 - 12)
x = 9

let the salaries be a,b,c,d,e

c= 5 given

d=e=8 (mode it is given)

now (a+b+c+d+e)/5 = 5

from here a+b= 4

(a,b)= (1,2) or (2,2) -> not possible mode condition violated

so high+ lowest=9
