So just make the equation for alcohol amount,
0.21*27=0.39*x+(27-x)*0.12
so x=9

(39x/100 + 12(27 - x)/100) = 21*27/100
39x + 324 - 12x = 567
27x = 27(21 - 12)
x = 9
