i knw easy hai par options mein kuchh gadbad lag rahi thi...Deccan Queen travelling with 72kmph crosses a platform of length 100 meters in 20s. It crosses another tranin travelling in the same direction with 54kmph in 100s. Find the length of second train.
Edited!!

200?

20 s @ 20 m/s = 400 m. Platform is 100 so Train1 = 300 m.

100 s @5 m/s = 500 m. Train1 = 300 so Train2 = 200.

For first case, 100+length of first train=20m/s*20s so length of first train=300m
for second case, 300+length of second train=(72-54)km/h*100s
So, length of second train=200m

bhai solve bhi kr do please
@audiq7 : till 90 days ... the difference will be reduced by (0.25-.20 )*90= =4.5 ...

now the first quantity will be constant ...

so previous difference was = 120-110= 10 ... after 90 days difference will be = 10-4.5=5.5

now this 5.5 will be recovered by 0.25*X so x will be 5.5/0.25=22 ... hence total days will be 90+22=112

@TootaHuaDil

mera simple h
120+.2*90=110+.25*x
x=112 @ziddiarmaan

5K,5K+1 so on type nos

4c2/5c3
@chandrakant.k explain...

@Brooklyn me too getting 0.6...3c2 * 0.2 *1 *1

OA 0.488..doubtful he ?

if a b and c are the numbers then the product is divisble when any of the numbers are either multiple of 5 or 10.
so prob of a being multiple of 5 is 0.2
similarly for b 0.2 c 0.2
ab idar mai multiply kar diya .. i think this is wrong :banghead:

logic i used:

which now im editing !! missed a point

all nos can be written in form:

5k, 5k+1,5k+2,5k+3,5k+4

now to get a product of 5K type:

chose 5K and any number 2 nos

ie 5c1* 5c1

so numerator=25

denominator=5^3 =125

so we get 0.2 now :/
