Two ladies POONAM PANDEY (PP) and SHERLYN CHOPRA(SC) are counting numbers at same speed, but their counting patterns are different.=>PP counts normally starting from 1 and adding 1 to the previous number like,1,2,3,4,5....=>SC counts from 1 to 10 and then back to 1,and then counts upto 20 and then back to 1,and then counts upto 30 and then back to 1,and then so on.Also while counting she is careful that any two consecutive numbers counted by her are not the same.If both started counting at the same time,then at what number is SC, if PP is at the number 10101?1)2432)1533)2684)none of these
1) 243

1 to 10 and back to 2 => 10 + 8 = 18
1 to 20 and back to 2 => 20 + 18 = 38
1 to 30 and back to 2 => 30 + 28 = 58
.
.

a = 18
d = 20

For 10100
closest sum n/2 * (36 + 20n - 20) n/2 * (20n + 16) n * (10n + 8) n * (5n + 4) 5n^2 + 4n n = 31
sum = 31/2 * (36 + 620 - 20)
= 31/2 * (636)
= 9858

10101 - 9858 = 243
@19rsb is it 268??

ans??? 268

yaha itna sannata kyon hai bhai??

ajeeb lag raha hai..

in triangle ABC AB=7, BC=9, AC=5,angle ABC=60 degrees. angle ACB=?

not..ans 63.1
@Zedai
@nick_baba
@mailtoankit ... because triangle is not possible.

@Ashmukh ans kaise nikala bhai??

bhai tmhe triangle bhi justified laga???..agar A se perpendicular drop karo BC pe to kuch alag hi cheez ho rahi hai..cosine value 1 se badi..

F(x)=k(x-19)(x-99)+ax+b
F(19)=19a+b=99
F(99)=99a+b=19

=>a=-a, b=180

so remainder = -x+118

I tried applying the cosine rule in the triangle and the value of angle ABC does not match..can you please check the question again??

dost mujhe to triangle bhi ajjeb sa lag rah hai..kuch gadbad hai..its not possible
@nick_baba wahi to... angle opposite to smallest side is 60. so othe two angles will be greater than 60 each which is not possible.
