Four of the five numbers given below are all alike in a certain way so as to form a group. Which one does not belong to the group?A 110 B 29 C 47 D 48 E 740 post reason for ur ans also
48 i suppose.
Taking sum of digits down to single digit yields 2 for all other numbers. For 48, it is 4+8=12 = 1+2 = 3
@maddy2807 digit sum as @Angadbir pointed out 😁 ..

Baaki kuchh aur similarities dikh nahi rahi :splat:
Statements:
1. Some forests are zoos.
2. All zoos are lions.
3. No lion is panther.
4. All panthers are amphibians.

Conclusions:
I. Some zoos are panthers.
II. Some panthers are forests.
III. Some amphibians are panthers.
IV. All lions are forests.

Please share your approach
i counted manually by making pairs of
1,4 - 2 ways
2,3 4 ways
and 5,0 -2 ways
any other way u used , would be difficult for octagon or decagon

2^5/2=8
Ye kon sa formula h..?
Didn't get it :splat:

One question from my side:

[x] = Greatest integer less than or equal to x
{x} = x €“ [x]
How many real values of x satisfy the equation 5[x] + 3{x} = 6 + x?

(a) 0 (b) 1 (c) 2 (d) More than 2

find the number of positive integer solutions of the equation 2/x +15/y=5...share the approach Thanks in advance
(5x-2)(y-3)=6
6=1*6
6=2*3
only integer solution when 5x-2=3----x=1 and y=5

0?
getting x+[x]=3
