=> 10C2 = 45

Case 2: abcba

=> 10C3 *2 =240

Remove when a = 0 in both cases = 10C2

=> Total = 240 ?

72+56+42+30+20+12+6+2=240?

@soumitrabengeri both sentences are in universal affirmative, then hw come conclusion can be particular..are you taking sub conclusion in the picture ?

this is ok...bt i do from rules of deductions....nvr did from venn..

Even i never used to do it using venn..but then my answers started going wrong sometimes..so stick to venn these days..
