My approach -
total ways of selecting two numbers is - 7C4 * 7C4
now both can be equal in 7C4 * 1 ways .
total probabilty of choosing diff numbers = 1 - ( 7C4 / 7C4*7C4 ) = 1- 1/35 = 34/35
now in this, either A will be greater or either B will be greater .
so probality of A being greater than B is half of 34/35 = 17/35
