Is there any action that the IIMs or Prometric is taking against the leaked and repeated Quant questions?

I am asking this because apart from the infamous ant question which was asked in almost 80% of the slots, there were many other questions which were leaked and were repeated on consecutive days. Many students instead of preparing for CAT are just trying to find glory through an easier way. i.e. by looking for repeated questions on social networking sites or by desperately asking other students who were done with their CAT about the questions which they had in their respective slots.

This is unfair to those students who did not know about the repeated questions as they must have slogged for about 4-5 crucial minutes to answer that one question whereas those who already knew the answer must have marked it within seconds. Also there were slots where about 7-8 questions had been repeated (which were leaked). If Prometric has said to have 40 different paper sets for 20 odd days of the exam then why was there a need to repeat questions?

For those who luckily got a few repeated questions in your slot, I know it feels great knowing the answer to a question beforehand and simply marking it within seconds without even solving it, but think about it ethically. It is not your fault that you knew the questions already but what if you were unaware about any such questions and later after the exam you overhear someone from your center in the background telling his friend on call "Arrey kya mast paper tha. Woh facebook wale group me se 5 questions repeat hua. Unka fatafat answer mark kar diya bina solve kiye."?

For those who have really striven hard for this CAT would agree with me. There are students for whom CAT is a matter of life and death, a waste of an year, a way to bring out their families out of the financial crisis faced by them and what not. If a deserving student misses his/her chance to get a call from the reputed institutes just because someone else got through as this someone else had known about some repeated questions which were luckily present in his/her slot, not only giving him extra marks without actually testing his aptitude but also providing him/her extra time to deal with other questions.

IIMs and Prometric must take this matter seriously as this is also a question of their reputation. Students have a big hope from the normalization technique followed by the IIMs. We believe it is fair and unbiased. But if this issue is not taken into consideration then the normalization won't be justified. The violation of the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is not a small issue to be overlooked.

So, puys, is there anyway we can do anything about it take this to the concerned authority?

My CGPA is 9.6591 out of 10. There is no system provided by my institute to convert CGPA into marks, What should i write in total marks and marks obtained in BTECH. Kindly help.
