Case 3: E and four letters of the form abcd
-> 7C4*5! = 4200

Total = 90 + 2700 + 4200 = 6990 ?

a + b + c + d + e = 6 , where (b,c,d >=1)
=> a + b' + c' + d' + e = 3 => Number of ways = 7C4 = 35

Arrange them only after all the selections are done. In your case, you start arranging before all the selections are done.

Dividing the 20 people into distinct groups => 20!/(10!10!2!)

Distributing them in 2! ways, and then in each table, arrange them in 9! ways
