300 workers are set to build a dam. In 21 weeks, they have 60% of the work, but subsequnt rains lasting 4 weeks washed away 25% of the work they had done. The job is resumed by 200 workers. What is the additional time it will take to complete the work?

50 cows can graze the field for 40 days and 40 cows can graze the same field for 80 days. Some grass is already there and the grass grows at constant rate.

(i) For how many days can 60 cows graze the same field ? (Considering that grass also grows.)
(ii) What is the maximum number of cows that can graze the field for an infinite time?

Tatto, Bubby and Tappo are doing a work in 10 days. However, Tappo only worker for the first 3 days till 37/100th work is done, The remaining work was done by Tatto and Bubby alone. Effieiency of Tatto is 25% more than the efficiency of Bubby. What is the time taken by the fastest worker to finsh the work alone?

A tank has 5 input pipes A,B,C,D,E. Among them A takes maximum time to fill the tank, Their capacities to fill the tank are in GP in the given order with the common ratio 2. The tank also has 5 output pipes F,G,H,I,J. Among them F takes maximum time to empty the tank. G's capacity to empty the tank is twice that of F and so on. Working together A and F can fill the tank in 100h .and all the taps working can fill the tank in (100/63)hr. How much time will E and J take working together??

A contractor needs to complete a given work in 24 days . For everyday that he finishes ahead of time. he gets an incentive 'I' and for everyday that he finishes beyond time, he has to pay a penalty 'P'. He has a choice of two workers as follows: A completes the work in 24 days for 75% of the time and in 30 days for 25% of the time. B completes the work in 20 days for 60% of the time and in 30 days or 40% of the time. At what ratio of P to I will the contractor be indifferent of using A or B?

An equation |||x-1|-1|-1| = m, where m is a real constant. If there are "n" real solutions to this equation, what is the sum of all the possible distinct values of n?

where am i going wrong.. help out please. 😐😐
Ques.. Find the remainder of 2^133 divided by 133.

Eulers num of 133 = 108. hence remainder of 2^108/133 = 1. This leaves 2^25

2^12 = 128. 128/133 = -5. hence 2^25/133 = (-5)*(-5)*2/133 = 50.

the answer is 128 though
😐😐

mod. questions sol. @DieHard12

1 and 8 are the first 2 numbers where 1+2+3.. n is a perfect square. Find the 4th such number.

Approach as well please.

|6-|4-|x-2||| = m, where m is a non-negative real constant. If there are "n" positive real solutions to this equation, which of the following is the difference between the maximum and minimum value of "n"?

(A) 1 (B) 2 (C) 3 (D) 4 (E) 5

The numbers from 1 to m are written one after another as follows 1234567…….m. The resulting number is divisible by 3 if m is of the form (n is a natural number):
I. 3n
II. 3n – 1
III. 3n – 2

(more than one choice can be correct)

The expression f(x) is cubic in X, in which the coefficient of X^3 is 1. If f(1) = 5,

f(2) = 8,

f(3) = 11, find f(4).

both the roots of each of the equations X^2 + pX +q = 0 and X^2 + qX +p = 0 are real. Find the conditions or the combination of condition for which the 2 equations to have exactly one common root?
