I have all of the Time's material which i studied last year.
Should I buy Arun Sharma for Quant, is it worth it?( better than Time's Quant). I have already done all the exercises of Time's Quant books last year, and my score was pathetic(i guess due to slow speed), so shoud i redo time's quant or go for Arun Sharma or do both?
Puys , waht do u suggest?
and any opinions on other books of arun sharma (di and VA) ?Thanks
Q:- Recently, while in London, I decided to walk down the escalator of a tube station. I did some quick calculation in my mind. I found that if I walk down twenty-six steps, I require thirty seconds to reach the bottom. However, if I am able to step down thirty four stairs, I would only require eighteen seconds to get to the bottom. If the time is measured from the moment the top step begins to descend to the time I step off the last step at the bottom, can you tell the height of the stairway in steps?
A tank is fitted with four large and ten small filling pipes. Through each large pipe, water flows twice as rapidly as through each small pipe. All the pipes were opened simultaneously when the tank was empty. At the moment when the tank was expected to be full, it was found to be only two-thirds full, due to a leak at the bottom. The leak was then plugged immediately but only by 50%. If all the pipes can together fill up the tank (if there is no leak) in 7.5hours, how much more time is needed for the tank to be full, after the leak was partially plugged?
