1st:
__80 mod 15 = 5
_800 mod 15 = 5
8000 mod 15 = 5

Hence, smallest number should be 8880
8880/15 = 592

2nd wala: 2^ 9 ?

Simply solving the equation by taking base 2..
@albiesriram abhi pen paper nahi hai but 2nd ka mentally kiya to 2^9 = 512
@albiesriram
the number is divisble by 15 and consists of 8s and 0s, and also needs to be smallest.
by disivibility rule of 3, the sum of digits should be multiple of 3 and so smallest number of 8's we can take is 24.
Secondly it should be a multiple of 5 as well, so last digit should be a multiple of 5, hence 0 in this case. so smallest such number would be 8880 and 8880/15 = 592.

for 2nd question i just added the two equation and took base as 2, then did some mental manipulations and got the answer.

beware i am super lazy and never like to use pen/paper(in fact did my whole cat/cmat quant and DI that way), and by doing things mentally, there is always a chance of silly visualization mistakes happening, so please post OA.

for first it will be 8880
for second it will be
2^3*2^6=2^9=512

sir by your method i am getting answer for max(4) as 70.. and i had a doubt in your video to find max(3) why arent you distributing the remaining 60+10 to the area where there are 2,1,0 overlap? by distributing it to 3 overlap you are minimizing the max value na
In fact the maximum of exactly 4 games will be 83. See the attached pic.
