You select 2 from nos between x1 and x19, and 2 from those between x21 and x50.
Along with x20 :mg:
(19c2 X 30c2)/50c5
Ans: (b)

154 is wrong in the bold series...it follows 6+(odd num starting from 1)^2...
checking other series too

what is this? 86.484?? otherwise answer would be 120
n+1 th number is n/2 - 2

Sorry,I have taken from some source. There is written like that. You try to figure out possible ways to solve it

correct.
Can you make it(.it follows 6+(odd num starting from 1)^2..)clear?

86.484 is simply not possible see. if that is 484 series is complete. according to the rule n+1 th number = n/2 + 2

86 might be the question number.. please check your source once again...

Sure.It seems like that.It is not very much clear in document.Leave this question.Your 176 is correct

sorry! my bad..
first term=6
second term=first term+(1)^2
third term=second term+(3)^2
fourth term=third term+(5)^2 and so on...

so, in place of 154, it should have been 90+(9)^2=171

7 is incorrect here...
the pattern followed here is
second term=(first term+1)+(1^2)
third term=(second term+2)+(2^2)
fourth term=(third term+3)+(3^2)
fifth term=(fourth term+4)+(4^2) and so on...

therefore, 7 should be replace by 5+1+1^2= 6
