how ?? abc then ab then C na?? plz chk question once..
plz check your approach once..

plz check your approach once..
question says..."If none of them is allowed to work for three consecutive days, then..."

plz post ur soln..i might have mistaken.
@audiq7 hahaha, for your sake, this tangent stops here
@viewpt said:
14+12+6)+ 14+12)+12)+14+12+6=106
i suppose from your approach
A=14
B=12
C=6

Then what you have done in the above equation of 14+12+6)+ 14+12)+12)+14+12+6=106 is
A+B+C)+ A+B)+ B)+ A+B+C)=106..

now check what you have done
@iLoveTorres said:

plz tell the correct ans..and if any mistake is thr in above soln . please don't do spamming here..its under moderator's vigilance. things can be discussed on PM.

firstly no one can work on 3 consecutive days..........so on third day C works and not B...
secondly considering the first point
on the third day C will work alone
since he is working alone.... his work equivalent is 12........

so
14+12+6+
14+12+
12(C works alone)+
14+12+6=

102 out of 300..........

waise aapka sum bhi 102 hi aa raha hai............

ok ok..my mistake ..coding samjhne mein kamjor hu..ek meri taraf se:Q: In how many ways one person can paint the sides of a decagon( regular) ??
decagon 2D figure he ya 3D ?

Decagon is a 2D figure ..it's a polygon with 10 sides.

One from my side: What is the volume of the largest cone that can be inscribed in a unit sphere.

Q1) aQ2) cboth are based on the same logic, choose x in all but one of the terms and simplify the result obtained on multiplying out all of the terms
elaborate a bit !!

one more: P is a point lying in same plane of rectangle ABCD but outside the rectangle such that PA = 52, PB = 60, and PD = 25. Find PC.

Another one: P is the vertex of a pyramid with rectangular base ABCD such that PA = 52, PB = 60 and PD = 25. Find PC.

39 in both? Multiple Pythagoras applied...(second not sure, extrapolating from 1st logic only...in office so no pen...so can't draw the figure to visualise...)

Edit:
32 * pi / 81

for volume to be maximum radius should be maximum.. radius will be max when you consider the base of the cone on the diameter of the sphere..
so my take is, is it "PI"

Aman, Baman and Chaman can finish a job working alone in 15, 20 and 25 days respectively.However, while working with somebody the efficiency of Aman, Baman and Chaman reduces by30%, 20% and 50% respectively. If none of them is allowed to work for three consecutive days, thenwhat is the maximum possible fraction of the job that they can complete in four days?a)21/50 b) 17/50 c) 8/25 d)1/3
ABC
BC
A
ABC

Total work be 300 units..

So work done in 4 days = 32+18+20+32 = 102 units

102/ 300 = 17/50 :)

~75?

at h = 4/3
the vol will be max(IMO)
and even at the diameter... the vol is pi/3
at h= 4/3 it is 32*pi/81

What is the ratio of the surface area of a sphere of radius 1cm and a hemisphere which has the same volume as the sphere ?
