A men sells a pc at a gain of 10% . If he had bought it at 10 % less and sold it for 132 less he would still have gained 10%. CP?

One more:4 couples of husband-wife go to a dance party where they are supposed to dance in pairs. They decide that no one will dance with his/her partner. In how many ways all of they can be paired?Remember that it is 21st century and a man can be paired with man and similarly a woman can also be paired with woman.
Dearrangements
4! ( 1- 1/1! + 1/2! -1/3! + 1/4! ) = 9 ?

Is the answer = 9 + 12 = 21 ?? .. @bodhi_vriksha

P.S. : Sorry Did not see that man-man and woman-woman is possible ..
@vbhvgupta 1200?

sp = y
cp = x

y - x/x = 10/100
(y - 132) - .9x/.9x = 10/100

y - x/x = (y - 132) - .9x/.9x
y = 1320

1320 - x/x = 10/100
x = 1200 ?

jugaadi approach hai....

100 rs agar price hai, to 110 pe bikta hai.
agar 90 pe liya hota aur 99 pe becha hota to bhi 10% munafa hota aur CP mein 11 rs ka difference hai. problem mein 132 ka difference hai i.e.12 times 11. so sab 12 times hoga. so 100*12=1200

Please anyone solve this !!
whats the OA for the first one...
here is the approach , if the OA is correct you can try all the others similarly..they are on similar lines with slight deviations ...
Approach :
salary = add up all the components * 12 = 733200
HRA component ;
you have to choose the least of
.4*40,000 , actual HRA, rent paid..
the least comes out to be rent paid = 12,200
so for 1 yr 12,200*12= 156240
Medical exempt = 0
conveyance exempt = 800*12 = 9600
total exempt = 733200 - (12200+9600)
576960
now
0 to 1.5 lac tax = 0
1.5 to 3l = 1.5l *10% = 10k
3l to 5l = 2l*20% = 40k
5l onwards = .76960l *30 % = some value
on adding approximately around 78,088
There are some clculations error...but the basic funda of tax calculation is this...
if the answer is near about to the OA...you can try out the rest..
else lemme know..will check again...

P.S. : questions like this will not come in CAT(highly unlikely) ..you can expect them in XAT though, If I am not wrong XAT 2011 had a similar question...
