In succession does not mean order fixed as red and then blue. Just means 1 at a time. Still need to consider both cases RB and BR and hence should be 7/25 I feel.

by the rule a null set is a subset.. so you should include it in my opinion.. hope @scrabbler bhai provides some reason to it being selected or not selected
