The equation x^2 + ax + b = 0 is such that when one of its roots in increased by 2 the constant term increases by 10 & when the other root is increased by 3 the constant term reduces by 12, (a, b) is?

So can we conclude: All a can never be b.?

In a test there are total n questions. B answers 20 out of 25 questns correctly in the 1st section.In the second test he answers 60% questns correctly and thus is total score is 66.66% in the test. Given that all questns carry equal marks,without any -ve marking.The total no of questions in the test is-
