A boy is walking along the direction of two parallel railway tracks. On one of these tracks trains are going in one direction at equal intervals.On the other track, trains are going in the opp. direction at the same equal intervals.The speed of every train is same.In one direction, a train crosses the boy every 20 mins and in the opp. direction the train crosses every 30 min.If the boy stands still beside the track,at intervals of how many minutes will two consecutive trains going in the same direction cross him?

The compound interest on a sum for 2 years is Rs. 832 and the simple interest on the same sum for the same period is Rs. 800. The difference between the compound and simple interest for 3 years will be ______
My approach :
832 - 800 = 32 = p(r/100)^2
and, pr/100 = 400
so dividing, r = 8%
For 3 years SI = 3pr/100
for 3 years CI = 3pr/100 + 2p(r/100)^2 + p(r/100)^3
Difference = p(r/100)^2[2 + r/100] = 32[2 + 8/100] = 66.56
But answer is 98.56 ? why do we need to add 32 to 66.56 ?
