@scrabbler Just a very basic question

"In how many ways can 4 soldiers be made to stand in 2 rows with 2 soldiers in each row"

According to me the answer shud be 4P2 *2P2....but the ans is given as 4P2 *2P2 * 2!

For eg. if I take ABCD then..I will get AB,AC,AD,BC,BD,CD and their permutations in the first row and the correspondin two alphabets in the 2nd row with its permutations ...so we get all the arrangements so why is 2 multiplied again ...Where am I going wrong in this??
