Any WBUT students here? How are you guys converting your DGPA to percentage marks?

"The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in the bachelor's degree would be calculated based on the practice followed by the university/institution from where the candidate has obtained the degree. In case the candidates are awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the conversion of grades/CGPA to percentage of marks would be based on the procedure certified by the university/ institution from where they have obtained the bachelor's degree. In case the university/ institution does not have any scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing the candidate's CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result with 100"

On a serious note guys : I think we should mail Smriti Irani or raise a petition. This is seriously unfair.Why conduct CAT if your past acads/diversity/and god knows what other nonsense they cook up add to 70% of the weightage. Even IITJEE takes the best candidates based only on JEE scores. Last year guys with 99.5+ percentile didn't get calls from Indore and guys with 96 percentile did just cuz the latter somehow managed to mug up about an emperor they have no idea about and scored 95 in boards. And then everyone says why research/nobels don't come from India. Why brilliant students are leaving India ? UTTER BULLSHIT ! I don't know how many are on the same board as me. But I feel the system is pretty unfair. We don't have a hand in being a General Male. And I am pretty sure being an engineer isn't a crime either. I know my posting here won't count. But I had to vent out the anger somewhere.

Sachin new ferrari car has five wheels(two front wheels, two Rear wheels and one spare wheel).
Real car Wheel will wear out in exact 21000 miles and front wheel will wear out after exact 29000 miles.

What is the maximum distance sachin can cover.

Note: unlimited numbers of changing the tyres can take place.

Ten workers started a job and worked on it for 10 days. Eleventh day onwards, a new worker joined them every day till the job was finished. It took exactly 20 days to finish the entire job. The same job has to be done starting with the minimum possible number of workers when it is known that a worker will quit the job every day after the first day. How many days will it take to finish the job in such a manner?
