Easy hai..but I am confused between 40 &39..

Puys, not exactly a quant question, want to know the approach .


There are 10 women waiting outside for the post of secretary and there is only 1 vacancy. I have to interview them one by one and tell them yes or no then and there. If I tell someone yes, I cant interview others and if I tell someone No, i cant take her back. So suggest me how to go about.
