What should be the approach ? Here  it is perfectly fine to say co-efficient of Y is 10 as compared to 3 of X .... so we maximize Y which is 3 . Making the answer 30 , which is the OA. But what if we have something like 100y+x

180x - 1 = 77y .. first set of values for this equation are (x,y)=(3,7) and next such value is (80,187) ... how do we find 1st set of values any method? since for 2nd set onwards we just add (77 , 180) to first set...  but how do we get 1st set ???
