I got 60 in va but cleared overall cutoffs. Should i retake?
I heard a retaker's score of window 4/5 will be scalled down, whereas a first-timer's score in same window won't be scalled down. How true it?

Can the Language Skills cutoff increase to more than 60 this year given how it was consistent at 55 for a while before jumping to 60 last year?
