Guys there was a technical glitch in my college's academic portal while I was filling the cdpi form, I came to know about it today only when I got the official transcripts from my college. The transcript has 87.8% whereas in the cdpi form I quoted 87.6 %. Also, I sent the printout of the academic portal page with the latter percentage on it coz that was the only official document available with me at that time......will this difference create any problem and if yes what can I do? whom should I contact?? @Blackbird_9 can you pls help me out??

Guys .the CD/PI registration form which they are asking for in the list of docs is the one that was generated after paying the registration fees right?It has the course name,personal details and education qualification.That is the one right?Im getting confused cuz at the top it is application form.plzzz reply

A junior female employee just came back from a leave coz she has to take care of her elderly ailing mother.
Coz she has to take care of her mother, she isn't able to attend a few work meetings which are held early and she often leaves early from work. She has bad financial conditions so she has to work. Due to her leaving early pressure is building amongst the other employees who are already over working. To top it all off one of the male employee is passing comments like females should stay at home and not work which is adding to her stress. She is a competent employee and the firm values her work.
What would you do as a manager to tend to the situation and make sure to maintain confidentiality.
