Hello everyone. I have a couple of questions regarding document requirements.

1) Can someone explain

"Work Experience certificate upto 31st December, 2017 OR Proof of date of joining & Latest Salary Slip"

So if I understand correctly, you have to EITHER present your Work experience certificate upto 31st Dec OR present The proof of joining along with the latest salary slip.

So does this mean that the ones who were earlier doing a job but have now left it have to provide an experience letter while the ones still working have to provide their joining letter and their latest salary slip?

2) If so, for the ones who are still working if they do not have salary slips, would just presenting the proof of joining(offer letter) be sufficient or is the salary slip along with it absolutely mandatory?
