Will the first list for NMIMS - Bangalore/Hyderabad also be released on the 25th ? Also, where are the admission formalities for campuses other than Mumbai done ?

Is CD-PI registration form printout compulsory? That window is closed and I can't take printout now.. someone please help
I have applied for both mba and pgdm.Will we have separate merit numbers for mba and pgdm when the results are declared? Or is it a common merit number irrespective of the course we have applied to?
