Join Professor Luis Martins’s Masterclass on Leading change to survive 21st-century disruptions where he discusses the challenges associated with leading change within established organizations and what leaders can do to overcome them.
Luis Martins is a Professor of Management at the Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, where he holds the Herb Kelleher Chair in Entrepreneurship and the James B. Goodson Professorship in Business. He earned his Ph.D. in Management and Organisational Behaviour from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. Prior to joining The University of Texas at Austin, he was on the faculty of the Georgia Institute of Technology, and the University of Connecticut.
Professor Martins teaches Organizational Behaviour at BITSoM.
