In KJ form, it's asking to upload CGPA to percentage conversation formula as mandatory field for 10 and 12 while we got percentage score. What to upload there??

We never got any official letter from CBSE. The 10th marksheet indicates our CGPA while the 12th marksheet gives us indivudual marks in all subjects.
