Relieving letter is mandatory but I don't have one yet. What should be done?

@Navya_Pant What to do if total as well as obtained marks are written in our Cbse 12th marksheet but percentage conversion letter isn't there. So what to upload in conversion letter?
Student exchange, international immersion, scholarship, in every section opted YES while profile form filling...in final print all is showing NO....what to do??
Ma'am, this is my class 10th marksheet. Beside the gpa given, they have also given how to convert cgpa into percentage. Should I upload this for class 10th or anything else?? Please help @Navya_Pant
I have an issue , while uploading the documents , they are asking for relieving letter, i am still working and havent left the company so i dont have relieving letter yet and it is a mandtory field , I have updated all other documents , Please help me here , how should in proceed.

Its been more than 24hrs since the release of cut-off and still there is no update from the team. I have sent the required dat on mail and DMs too but there are representatives replying on the queries but please also provide an ETA, as I have cleared the cut off as well.
