I've couple of doubts, which are related to AICTE norms for MBA instutes, which was released today -  https://www.aicte-india.org/sites/default/files/PGDM%20letter.pdf 

1. As per this notification, institutes should not hike admission fees or any other fees for the AY 2020-21. So the proposed fees for 2020-2022 (14.93Lakhs) batch will be reversed to fees of 2019-2021 (13.25 Lakhs) batch right?



2. As per this notification, institutes should not force candidates to pay any fees during lockdown. So it is safe to assume that the last date to pay the seat confirmation fees of Rs: 50000 will be after May 17th right?

I have got FS and my waitlist for core after list 1B is 167. 

If I accept the offer for FS, And if i get Core in any of the further lists, will i have to deposit the 50k again or will it be adjusted.

Is it possible to change course preference now, by any means? I want IMC and will convert the same in 2/3rd list but have placed Retail Management above it in the preference list. In case I convert both simultaneously (which is highly likely), I'll be alloted Retail as per preference and IMC will be out of the list. Is restructuring of preference before allotment possible at the backend? Adcom, Admins. Please help!
