I applied for my refund of PGDM program on 17th April. I didn't get any refund till date or no mail of anything such. Kindly help me.

I have been offered marketing and a mail was sent for the same and I had to confirm by 22nd , but I couldn't so I mailed yesterday regarding the confirmation after arranging the money. But now the adcom is not responding to my mails and calls,please help and tell me a way out so that I am also clear whether it's a no or a yes. Adcom please look into this matter
